You agree to use CareOS services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the CareOS platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by CareOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
